We are one of the most experienced privately-owned companies producing zipper in Indonesia. Through our resourceful management and manufacturing system, we become market leader in quality and pricing for zipper in Indonesia.
One of our key successes is self-supporting capability to produce from raw material to finished products. Product selections ranges from monofilament, coil, delrin and metal zippers, sliders, webbing tapes as well as hook and loop fastener.
All these are supported by highly qualified engineers and employees. Our divisions include designs, product research and developments, electroplating, teeth forming, weaving, sewing, mould making, die-casting and up to assembling machineries.

Technology and Experience
Quality zipper products can only be produced by quality machines. PT. Fajarindo Faliman Zipper uses modern quality zipper machines to produce zippers of all grades. We have also invested in production of high-tech zippers used in finest quality garment items and bag accessories.

Also, over the years, we have learned to expand our knowledge into zipper machines which enables us to assemble and maintain our own production machines.

While many other local companies still need to outsource their molds, PT. Fajarindo Faliman Zipper manufactures our own high precision molds. By having our own molding department, we can also produce molds for the spare parts used in our production machines. The local production of (self-made) spare parts for our production machine covers about 40% of total. This has become a big advantage giving us more efficiency in time and cost effective way to sustain and support current production.

Oeko-Tex Standard 100

PT. Fajarindo Faliman zipper was currently issued The Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificate which is a globally uniform testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediate and end products at all stages of production.

By having Oeko-Tex certificate, our customers will be assured that the chemicals and other substances we used in producing our products will be environmentally friendly and pose no risk whatsoever to health.
